This prospectus supplement supplements the prospectus dated January 5, 2007 (the “prospectus”) of Level 3 Communications, Inc. relating to the sale by certain holders of Broadwing Corporation’s 3.125% convertible senior debentures due 2026 and the shares of Level 3 common stock issuable upon conversion of the convertible debentures.
