Celanese Corporation Declares Common and Preferred Share Dividends

Celanese Corporation (NYSE:CE) today declared quarterly dividends of $0.04 per share on its common stock and $0.265625 per share on its 4.25% convertible perpetual preferred stock, both payable on May 1, 2007.

The dividends are payable for the period February 1, 2007 through April 30, 2007 to owners of record as of April 15, 2007.
